My order arrived fine. My items were good.
Having said that, having a high volume seller consistently ship and not even put anything inside the package like bubble wrap to protect items is disappointing. Again, this order was fine. I’ve had others that weren’t from him because of the lack of protection inside the box.
Buying several 4k movies with hard to find slipcovers and opening the box to a small amount of packing paper and absolutely nothing else “protecting” my purchase is a letdown. Did I get a solid price on what I bought? I did, which is why I bought so many. But regardless of how much I spent, Froggy needs to put a little better effort into packing items well to protect them rather than just finding a box that they fit in and taping it up.
I’ve got another other that will be on its way from him and I’m hoping he puts a little more care into shipping it. We surround every shipment with packing paper and are praised on our shipping. We never have sent out any shipments with no packing materials, or small amount of packing materials. we also put all Steelbook in bubblewrap. thank you I appreciate it
