Shipping times have improved tremendously and she is always striving to do better. My items always have been exactly as described and at great prices! I’ve made multiple purchases and have never had an issue! Jacket smelled absolutely horrific. I’m guessing it’s in the described condition but I couldn’t thoroughly inspect due to how bad it smelled. Will definitely be washing it separately from my other clothes and hope the smell improves. Shipping has improved somewhat. Bag was ripped when arrived. I realize the seller cannot control what happens once the package is shipped. The bag was stuffed full with items so it may have ripped when stuffing. Leggings had more wear and wash wear than “excellent condition” would have. Shipping has improved, thank you! Package was shipped out a week after the sale, but seller kept in contact as to why. Her communication was very good. Unfortunately USPS damaged my package in shipping, but this was not the sellers fault. My second package was dropped off the same time, and the post office in Florida is holding it. Seller has also been very communicative with this and helpful. Give her a chance with her improvements.
