This is what he did: He sent the Chase Funko and 3 other Stickered Funko Pops that I PURCHASED to his friends, telling me that he didn't label them correctly.
How do you NOT SEND the 4 EXPENSIVE POPS, but you LABELED ALL THE OTHER COMMONS AND SENT THEM TO ME??? He said he was gonna let them keep the Funkos and replace the ones that he never sent me.
I wanted to reach out to the people he sent MY POPS to so they could return them to him, but he wouldn't tell me who they were.
So I messaged the Seller over 20 times trying to give him a chance to make this right and allow him to fix HIS MISTAKE.
I tried to allow him to make things right and he refused to do so.
Very unprofessional and Customer Service with this guy Roland doesn't even exist.
If I could give this streamer ZERO 🌟 STARS I WOULD.
