From our experience, communication was unprofessional and it felt like reviews were being used as leverage rather than honest feedback. We would not do business with this channel again and recommend others do their own research before purchasing.Just to respond, this seller blocked me after a won a high price item from their stream that was not in the package, i offered a resolution as to replace the item that was not in the package and they told me that they remember specifically sending the item to me and then blocked me as. result. sounds a bit suspicious. if you worked with me you know that i am an honest person seller is wonderful. packaged well.
