The squishy was a bit dirty, but good.We are so sorry that you found the item to be dirty. All items are new and enclosed in the packaging purchased from authorized dealers. Since items are in packaging we cannot see inside. We trust that all items are clean but perhaps there were quality control issues at the factory.
