Great packaging and quick to respond with issues. Highly recommend and will be back 💕 unable to track and has not arrived yet it says delivered on a Sunday here it is the 14th and still nothing We have photo proof showing this order was properly packaged and handed off to USPS. Because of the low order value, the shipment did not include tracking, so we’re unable to see what occurred after USPS took possession of it. We’ve reached out directly to the buyer in an effort to resolve the issue and make things right, but have not received a response. We take fulfillment seriously and always work with buyers when a shipping issue is brought to our attention. Great stream and excellent quick shipping Such a fun stream with great vibes! I appreciate the package and the fan art is sweet! These fan art cards are cool, thank you Greatest streamer yet , always and I mean always a a great regardless of your hitting bangers , or just there to kick it … packaging and shipping are mint , go check him out for sure everything arrived beautifully as usual!! thank you so much! Fun show and awesome giveaways! When winning a card from the Liv💗 he explicitly said that I was getting a full art. Not a fan art I even asked the chat what it meant when I what I won. And everyone said that I was getting a full art card. He didn’t even show what card you were getting. We care about making our shows fun, transparent, and fair! We explain the game format, encourage buyers to read the show notes, ask questions, and bid responsibly.
After seeing this surprising review and checking the video receipt, the claims are not supported by the record. The wheel landed on “Fan Art Card,” which is shown in the purchase details, and that is exactly what was sent. The host never said a full art card was won.
We tried to clarify this on stream and privately afterward, but received no response. We take concerns seriously, but feedback should accurately reflect the FACTS… Thank you for the givvy bless up great stream and quality cards /users%2F63371567%2Fstore%2Fe7aa0d97-9c49-4d21-971a-50264f511aad.jpeg)
