Life changing event in January' 2018. Medically retired early due to a Spinal Cord Injury as a result of pneumonia (don't take this illness lightly like I did!!) and a blood infection that weakened my spinal column (T4 and T5 regions) and crushed my spinal cord. I was paralyzed from the mid chest to my toes and confined to a wheelchair. After +7 years of PT my incomplete paralysis is slowly allowing me gain some strength so I can get somewhat vertical again, but still heavily dependent on my motorized wheelchair to get around...🧑🦼
