This seller went above and beyond and sent a new customer gift of a sterling and moissanite tree of life pendant. I am very grateful. Unfortunately the second pendant that I bought for sterling was not sterling. There were no markings, it was magnetic and too lightweight and it failed three acid tests. When I told the seller he told me I had to contact Whatnot to get a refund. Then began a lengthy discussion about the genuineness of the amber stone in the pendant, which really wasn’t a concern. After WhatNot notified me of my refund with no return required, the seller messaged me again about the stone, and offered a refund if I sent back the pendant. Mistakes can be made, and I do not feel I was deliberately misled in any way. The whole return exchange just seemed more complicated than it needed to be.
