I'm going to give you a 5 star review because the prices was cheap and I was refunded for all the broken pieces. you all seriously need to take a class in properly packaging your items. Every set of breakable items I got had broken pieces in the orders. My doll had a foot missing which I did not request a refund on because it is still cute. The box itself had big holes in it. the items were just saran wrapped with no filler. no bubble wrap or no newspaper. Very disappointed Love all the things I got for their show. A lot of things were just thrown in the box - which I can understand because I ordered a lot of items, but the box was a little too big and needed to have a lot more padding so items weren’t just loose. Some of the most breakable items were placed on top and were broken when received. The others items that weren’t broken were exactly as described. Packaging just needed to be better. Easy transaction. Have wonderful shows. Loaded shops. Fast deliveries. Packaging is always above standards.
