Being upset because you had to pay shipping is absurd- before bidding it shows you the price you will pay for shipping and because I have great customer service I canceled the order. When the post office had a delay that was very viable once tracked, she blamed me. The only thing that she complained about that was somewhat legit was that it shipped the day after she won the bid however it was because I canceled the orders and had to repack them for her.
