The YSL palette and Givenchy corrector I received were confirmed as counterfeit after failing POIZON authentication.
Although the seller indicated a willingness to work with me, Whatnot stated that no refund would be issued due to multiple prior claims for missing or inauthentic items. These claims were legitimate, as I either did not receive the items purchased or received counterfeit products.
I regret this purchase. I also offered to return all items received from this seller in exchange for a full refund, but this was not accepted.
As a result, I will need to dispute the charges with my bank, which I had hoped to avoid. I attempted to resolve this directly but have exhausted all available options. Thank you!
