Reviews (22)I'm happy with my purchase 😄. Great communication when there was an issue. Everything was good 👍🏻. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had on Whatnot. I won 4 auctions where consoles were explicitly listed and displayed on stream. Shipping was delayed for days without any clear explanation. When I reached out, the seller responded politely, but they couldn't provide a straight answer or actual update. Fast forward weeks later, and I finally find out that I’m not even getting the items that were advertised. Total bait-and-switch. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.The items won on the wheel were clearly named during the live stream and were shipped according to what was won. There was no bait-and-switch. Unfortunately, there was a shipping delay caused by USPS flagging the packages after they had already been accepted and were in transit. This was outside of my control and affected multiple orders. I communicated with buyers while working to resolve the issue. I understand the frustration with the delay, but the claim that different items were intentionally sent is simply inaccurate. Everything came protected and was In perfect condition I can’t begin to express the gratitude for the M18PRO. Excellent condition, works fantastically, arrived brand new (wrapped)! Awesome deals at great prices! What is everyone else waiting on??? Kids & I are super excited to play!
