Reviews (10)Item was not properly wrapped and ceramic item was completely broken into pieces. I contacted seller to advice that next time to properly wrap sold items so buyer will be happy to receive item. She texted back a nasty response and said it was only $1 anyway and she was going to at first lie about it being broken to avoid shipping it to me because it cost more to ship than what the item sold for. I told her I didn't want the dollar back I was just suggesting to wrap breakable better to ensure it arrives in good condition. I’m sorry! It was my first show. As a rookie, it was a very awkward piece. I used bubble wrap and every sort of cushioning I could. Once it’s in the hands of the United States postal service these personal gems that I am shipping across the country are in some rough hands. I offered you a full refund and you said it wasn’t about the money. I don’t know where to go from there! I’m sorry about what happened and I hope you can recover from the trauma.
