We love having you in the stream and chatting it up 💪🏼💪🏼 Pen came in with scratches all over, the process they use for turning and sanding does not get the quality they should. I’ve turned wood finished with CA glue and the finish is terrible. Also there was a metal burr on there, saw dust everywhere over and over again when opening the cap multiple times. They simply do not care about the presentation of the finished product. I ordered more pens and regret it, and will file a grievance with whatnot. To make matters worse they pulled the buyers givey without any warning with only a few seconds to enter. I will go so far as to charge back on my credit card if they don’t cancel my orders. Last thing, the $100 pen isn’t even protected, it’s shipped loose with pen ink stems and they get completely scratched up during shipping. I have never seen such unprofessional packaging in all my life. Shocked. This buyer bought 4 pens in 2 previous shows. These pens were not CA finished, they were natural finish and acrylic pens. We ship EVERY pen in its own tube with a cap. Sunday, he came in, participated eagerly, and bought 6 more pens including one for another buyer, detailing his large profit from his show the night before. In every show, we explain our method of pulling the buyer's givvy, and pull it randomly to be most fair. We're sorry he didn't win. Perhaps he could contact the winner and offer cash for the pen like he did last week. The combined salt and pepper grinder is perfect. It’s the right size and fits comfortably in your hand. The walnut carving is beautiful. I used it immediately and peppercorns were grounded easily. Salt released evenly. This is the best combo. PS- pen is beautiful but not a surprise. Every pen received from Gliddenwoodworks has been outstanding.Wow thank you so much for the great review.
