What a disappointing experience all around. First I received the wrong size. Second, the quality of RB13 is not cute in person. All of the metal around the stones isnt "smooth". It just looks really poorly made all around. Maybe it does t show up that way on camera because of all the bright lights but in person it's really poorly made. I had trouble going through whatnot (because of some counterfeit items bought from another seller) so whatnot didn't let me open a support ticket. I offered to send her the ring back, at my expense, and no answer. Dezz simply wanted me to get a refund through whatnot. Didn't care to reply after her initial message.
