Not sure if it was from USPS or packaging. I’m hopeful to save it. Had a few brown pieces but nothing unexpected for pothos. Packing was great nothing super over the top or hard to open. No displaced dirt. Shipping was fast. Will definitely purchase from him again 💚 I’ve never been one to complain about free but I won this giveaway on February 2nd and just received it within the last week. Once I did receive it, it was two itty bitty cactus cuttings that were already dead. The whole box stunk and made me never want to purchase anything from him for sure. Majority of items were not in the box ordered seven only received one and it was dead Horrible literally I think he was mad because I requested a refund after waiting 10 days to ship. Looks like and smelled like he peed in the cup with the 2 small cuttings and covered it with plastic wrap. Submitted photos to whatnot just horrible!
