The games have significant scratches that weren't mentioned during the show. The packaging was very weak, allowing the items to slide around during transit. Better packing and accurate descriptions are needed. overall the price point was low so 🤷 I would say buyers becareful guy seemed genuine but seems to be a front 🤔....The buyers purchase was delayed due a family emergency. I made things right and gave a hefty discount. They seemed very grateful and understanding of the situation but there’s always something to complain about. The condition was shown on stream in clear detail down to the smallest scratch. The box was in good condition and I even bubble wrapped the games so I have no clue what’s up with that. Instead of reaching out to me he decided to leave a negative review tanking my rating. This buyer can screw off, I take pride in my store and people like this take a shit on my work.
