Bag was nice ( small) I thought I would get a chain handle and the leather handle it came with. A larger handle came too but it looks fake. I see other sellers selling the same bag for a lot less. When I asked for video receipt they said after few texts it was purchased in buy it now. I would never buy this small item that doesn’t even fit a phone. It is like a large size coin purse. I wanted to return and get a refund. They made a bargain to sell it to me for $1800 and I figured I could get some of my money back. I let them know I got my purse which I was not happy and felt that it was a scam and purse was too small and would never purchase this type of purse. I’m a 62 y/0 female I need more space than that. They messaged me that they will not give me a partial refund and have to take it up with what not. Been trying to contact what not and I can’t seem to fund their contact. Beware of this company.
