A company, a seller show's their true colors not when things are going perfect, but when a situation arises that requires the sellers assistance and how they try to help the buyer, the one that keeps the business going, all I asked was if what I was bidding on was what I wanted, even during the live show was given the impression that I was, after the purchase, I immediately messaged them, all I was told, sorry package has been sealed and it can not be opened? I suggested a few ways of dealing with this but was ignored and never given a response. After seeing this review they will respond? say this and that!! I have also had my own business and this by far has been the worst service, because ignoring someone does not make the problem go away rather make the water boil even more. package arrived today, and clearly it indicates if the games I asked for are co-op or not. Something that could of been seen right there during the live show. but was not Everything showed up in perfect condition like the seller had told me very happy with both my purchases from her Always happy with my purchases from Kaitlin & Steve at goldenhive. Some going into my collectibles and others I will be enjoying. Thank you once again. 😀 3 of my 4 items were fantastic condition however 1 was not in the condition mentioned. When reaching out about it I was told the marks weren’t there in the video… Super misleading and disappointing when these are clearly WEAR marks and no marks I could have created myself. Recibes quickly and exactly as portrayed!!! Very happy and will buy again!!
