I tried to calmly explain how TOS worked and they started going on a rant about how I am some scammer and a fraud. They said they were also going to mass report me which I am pretty sure is a threat, so yeah... really bad experience overall. And I didn't even receive some of the cards I won because they canceled them.This user has bots that enter giveaways for him when he’s not even in the stream.
