I was disappointed to receive a broken piece of jewelry (clasp stuck open as spring seems broken).
When I contacted the seller, the only response I received was to “shake it” because it was supposedly an easy fix. Unfortunately, that’s not the level of customer service or product support I expect when purchasing jewelry.especially as a consistently buyer who has spent thousands with them. (This item was $150)
The lack of concern for the condition of the item and the unwillingness to properly stand behind what they sell was very disappointing.
