Box received extremely damaged and had to be retape with USPS tape stating they received item damaged. Fortunately, backpack was wrapped in bubble wrap which protected it!I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. I do package my items with care and once they leave me it is out of my control. And I’m glad it was still well protected with the bubble wrap. Thank you for the review and I will take this in consideration and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Love my bag!!
