They were very apologetic and explained that it got shipped with a different order and the rest of the situation that occurred. They said couldn’t replace it because they didn’t have anymore but it still stinks that the my best hit of the night I didn’t get, still enjoyed the show and the rest of my items though. Amazing and clear communication, was delayed but they were very transparent with me and kind to me! Send me some extra bulk for my niece and nephews as an apology for the delay as well. They were energetic and awesome during show but I was supposed to get a Chaos Rising Booster Bundle traded for the Lunar New Year Gift Box with another customer but I did not recieve either so I got jipped 1 of my 2 bigger hits of show. Hope you guys can help make it right. Unfortunately, it was my first time buying from this streamer and I want an ETB on my first spin on my second spin. I won a single pack. They sent me what I won in the single pack and two extra packs instead of my ETB I would not trust the seller stay away. I get that I won off of only two spins, but it doesn’t make it right that’s the name of the game if you’re not gonna be honest with you what you’re selling then don’t sell it all Props to the seller for discussing the sale process . He was nice , I expected a break/ slot card “specific” but it wasn’t pulled . Disappointing but part of the game . I might suggest listing the card & specifically a consultation prize in the description on the slot? Could help out in the future . I’ve seen that in other games . Would better help when you see a totally different card . Overall scored some other good deals , just didn’t get 2 cards that were not pulled . You guys have an amazing show!
