There is a huge hole under the jellycats eye and was told it is in good condition. It is in used condition and the rip was left out. All of the jellies I bought were in very very used condition. She said the conditioned of them was good without tags and they have been very loved. The video quality was poor and hard to see the actual rips in the stuffies.
