Thank You Great seller! Quick shipping and great packaging! Looking forward to the next show! This was the worst experience I have had on this app the worst packaging. Everything was thrown in a box. They put all of my items in one large shipping box with one piece of tape across the top in the bottom which busted open being shipped items were lost and they refused to replace the items or do anything about it. The worst customer service my advice is don’t waste your dollar or two dollars because it probably will get damaged during shipping because they don’t protect any of their items and they will not replace anything and when I brought it to their attention instead of them trying to work something out they blocked me after getting smart with me. I’ve never had experience like this and normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review because I’m a seller myself and I know how it is but people need to know just how bad the customer service & the shipping is. not only was I missing items from it falling out from the box not being taped good but items were damaged cause no protection I have never been more upset. I showed on the show that the box on a pallet star wars item had damage to it she still bought it after telling her that. Our shipping has always been good check our reviews. Usps damaged the box and wants to blame us for it. We always make sure our packaging is good and it's out of our hands when usps damaged her package. We tried to tell her this but she demanded more items. I even offered to refund her or replace some of the items. She told me she didn’t want my dollars. Excellent shipping and packaging thank you.
