I reached out to the business- they didn’t respond for a few days- tried again and they said they’ll look in to it. Literally nothing else- and then never got back to me. Ultimately went through the app to resolve and get a refund. What a waste of my time in the long show- all for nothing. At least respond and provide customer service. This rating is based solely on this "order" - the giveaway. It shows delivered through Whatnot but was never received. Since there was no tracking available, I can't verify or determine what happened on "delivery." Attempted to reach out to seller before leaving this review, but with no response or item received, this is the review based solely on THIS order experience. Loving my deals - thanks! It did take 2 weeks for my shipment to arrive and one of my purchased items was missing though. I was given a refund for that item. There was also a giveaway item missing, but that's definitely not a big deal. I did receive the other two giveaway items I won during the show. Overall, still pretty happy with my purchase and experience. Thank you everyone was happy 😃 Great prices, amazing quality!! Been missing 2 outfits for over a month and never received them after speaking with the sellers multiple times about it. I really didn’t want to give a bad review because I do love to shop with them but I gave them more than enough time to make it right with me and never was able to receive what I purchased. Sometimes USPS takes a little while to update tracking, but I have always received my packages and they always make sure to check if there’s any issue and help resolve it right away.
