I've personally seen him refund people after a rip even though he didn't have to, simply because he wanted to do the right thing and help the kids out, he regularly chucks in a freebie if you have an exstreamily bad run of cards, which says a lot about his character.
On top of that, his prices are some of the most competitive around, so you're getting great value without sacrificing quality or service.

Great to have a laugh with and rip some packs. Package was sent with impeccable packaging, lots of bubble wrap and sent as soon as the post office opened the next day.
