Whether taken by someone during shipping or never sent to begin with I was not able to get a resolution. I communicated with seller about refunds and they said after whatnot gives them their pay they would. I waited over the 7 day return limit when they decided the only way to help was for me to purchase more from them. I don’t understand how spending more money was going to fix anything. After that they stopped responding.
If they were actually in the hospital I do feel bad, however it is now feeling all kinds of weird scummy.
Currently about a month later I am still in contact with whatnot- since it was PWE post office can’t help.
