This was their first order with us, and they purchased one plant. We mentioned during the show that these are semi-rooted cuttings. We also sent them our policy after the show and asked them to reach out within 12 hours if there were any issues so we could help. They never reached out to us or provided any proof of an issue. The packaging/shipping was well worth the cost! I have not seen someone put so much care into making sure the plants arrive safely! They also arrived so quick I am very pleased, Not to mention the plants are so much more gorgeous than the camera picked up!
