The way your system prints Canadian addresses is wrong. I don’t know why it says I received my order as I did not.You’re right. The order does show it was delivered to you; however, when you told me that you did not receive your Jewel Candy bracelet, I immediately sent you my personal one, even purchasing a 3 day shipping label through UPS so that you would receive it quickly. Whatnot generates the shipping labels based on what information the buyer puts in. Sellers can’t verify if you’ve entered it correctly or change what you have entered in anyway. I have sold & shipped to many international buyers (including Canada) without any trouble so you may want to double check the address you’ve entered.
