Package needed more postage and USPS returned to sender. He tried to circumvent the shipping costs by putting first class letter postage on a package. I had to pickup the package from the post office and pay $8.77 MORE for shipping. Fantastic seller—everything arrived quickly and exactly as described. Super easy deal, would gladly purchase again!
