Fast shipping . had an issue with tumblers being sold and described in the video as brand new owala's. they clearly were not when I received them. contacted the seller who was rude and said they were never described that way. however, I informed them to listen to the video and they would have heard exactly how they were described. also had a packaging issue with a leak and let them know about that. not happy with this seller at the moment Lots of great deals and really enjoy the time spent! my granddaughter loves it Always fun and good prices love picking off the cart thanks Pic a prize is really fun thank you Always fun and great prices thanks Sorry for the 4 stars but one of my items was glass and it was shattered and glass was all over everything and I had to throw the whole box away. I understand the post office can be careless but the glass items were barely wrapped in thin none taped bubble wrap.
