The item you received matches what is in the video receipt and despite that, I offered to send you a replacement item of similar or greater value because you insisted it was not what you claimed. I tried my best to work with you to come to a resolution. I encouraged you to reach out to WN to receive a refund and had asked me to credit you back something I'm incapable of doing individually. You spent $2 and expected $5 credit in return which was more than the amount paid.
