Love these squishmallows The items I purchased smelled like rotten milk and was dirty with a couple stains. My thought was a baby may have spit up on it. During shipping the box was trapping the smell and when I opened it, it was bad. I contacted seller, she was not going to resolve the issue. She said something happened during shipping. Stains did not happen during shipping. I was going to throw them and take the loss. I did wash them and they cleaned up. I gave her about 2 weeks to resolve this and I think she blocked me. IDK Anyway, here is my review. I’m not sure how they would randomly have a smell AFTER delivery and not prior if not for happening in transit. Also, if you watched back your video receipt it clearly showed the spots on it and it was noted AND you still received a refund, you just wanted to complain. To used I thought they would be a little newer. some items came used and we're disclosed on the live that they were. one has a hole in the back of the squishmellow. also shipped in a dirty box. should really put in a brand new garbage bag before boxing. if you vaccum seal you can ship in a smaller box as well.
