Disappointed in the mini as it was not mentioned that her hair is disintegrating. The bag she was placed in was full of her broken off bangs. 😢. Everything else was excellent! I am so sorry to hear about the mini’s condition:( Her hair was not disintegrating when I went to ship her, but I did have someone else tell me their shoes disintegrated as well even though they were fine when I shipped them. I believe the issue is the heat when traveling and the age of the items. I am so sorry once again and I appreciate your honesty and purchase<3 My 6 year old daughter and I LOVE our clothes and will definitely be purchasing more from you! shipping was so quick! everything was great!
