After you reached out, I explained that the flaw had been disclosed, but I still apologized and offered you shop credit because I genuinely try to make things right when I can. You also got refunded on your end. That’s why I was disappointed to receive a 3-star review after doing my best to resolve the situation. I don’t think we’re the right fit moving forward, so I’ll be blocking future purchases. Amazing as always. My items were even more beautiful in person!
