I hit the chase on the 11th pull and it was supposed to be for 2 slabs but she gave me a choice of 1 slab one being 7 bucks and the other was maybe 20! because it was hit instantly and changed the game up. I kindly messaged her asking how is a 5 dollar slab 30.00 combined both slabs would’ve been 27. Food for thought don’t need your 🗑️ prizes I was actually supporting you bc of the homies and you go and tell them a whole different story on a chat (fake) and you was upset that I asked you a very kind and reasonable ? Bc if you was in my room and hit a prize you get that prize 🤷♂️ and then you try to bash me to the homies that I’ve been hanging with on here since I started sad deal honestly. Don’t even know why I played for garbage anyways 😂 Outstanding customer service! Absolutely loved the personalized thank you card that I received with my order. It’s placed next to my slab. Recommend purchasing the upgraded shipping for multi-card purchases to ensure cards are protected to the max (it’s worth it). I’m used to bigger streamers having automatic, upgraded shipping after a certain point and wasn’t familiar with the “purchase the upgrade” business model when purchasing singles.
Thank God hannashouse sleeved the cards well, because my regular envelope got shredded in the mail. Because they did such a good job, my cards survived and arrived in the condition purchased. Very grateful for their part, and lesson-learned on my part. fun games and good vibes ❤️🔥
