Just leaving this type of review isn’t helpful to me as a seller or to other buyers who might be checking before purchasing. Without knowing what the issue with the order is I am not able to help, support or rectify the issues. A simple DM message to work through your problem would have been a far better way to communicate than a dismissive review with no context. Reviews like this can destroy ratings for small sellers like myself when any issues could have probably been fixed. Please consider this when leaving low ratings and no further context.
