This customer contacted me requesting a refund and tried to take advantage of Walmart’s refund policy. He claimed he did not receive the correct item because he had not received a picture beforehand. He then used an old, worn-out squishy and presented it as if that were the item we had sent him.
Now he has left a review, even though his actions and the item he is referring to don’t even match what he originally purchased or the refund request he made through I love love love loveeeeeee happyhouses.
