It was a Sugar Swap Baby in a clear package that was fully visible on screen. I’m not sure what the imperfection was, but it seems we both missed it. Also, what about the packaging resulted in 3 stars? We ship everything in boxes, so I would appreciate knowing how we can improve in the future. An overall 3 stars for an item that was visible on screen entirely, then shipped in a box, is generating some confusion for me. shipping was a timely matter was the exactly what I purchased on the show but the shipping could have been better stuffed some kind of packaging in the empty spaces in the box I have pictures the top of the dumpling cover was knocked off with the Saran wrap. The cover to the dumpling container is warped or miss shapes It does not fit on the correct way.It was shipped in the manufacturer’s box. The way I received it. And it’s such an exact fit to the dumpling, I’m not sure how the cover was able to come off. Either way, I’m sorry it did not meet your expectations. And yes, shipping was timely per your follow up messages, in well under 24 hours from the point of purchase. I dropped everything and headed to the post office immediately in hopes of satisfying you.
