Said it came but never arrived This was a giveaway that was shipped within 2 days. I also scanned it via the in app scanner and it is shipped via envelope. Whatnot has a 12-day shipping time for all envelopes but the USPS notifications will automatically say it’s delivered after 5 days. We understand it’s frustrating if an order does not arrive or takes a long time but USPS is responsible for shipping. Please contact whatnot if your item has not arrived within 12 days.
