She left at the old shipping label on it so it got stuck in a shipping circle and took a month to get to me because it kept going back-and-forth because they would scan the old label and then they would scan my label and then they would scan the old label. When I brought this up to her to let her know that this happened her reply is oh they normally catch that at my shipping store when I go to ship it. I would expect a lot more care when shipping something to somebody to at least remove the shipping labels only use better quality boxes. And to package the items that you’re shipping to people. Can’t wait to get reading! great prices and very sweet seller, but my books were just thrown in a box that was too big with no protection. there were some dents to the books but not sure to tell if they were from shipping or originally looked like that. i cannot wait to read them 💜 The seller is very kind, and she has a great selection. I did have an issue, but she quickly solved it. While I would purchase again, I would like to see more protective packaging and more of the book conditions. Awesome cards!
