Quick and just as described. Love ❤️ ready to order more Let’s start with the first problem, it took them four days to prepare my package and get it shipped out. Next, I purchased a Lululemon define jacket that was stated with three stains, which I was OK with, upon receiving the define jacket It was horrible. There was stains all over it. There was wash wear, it was useless to me. I message, I’m assuming the mother to this account and she said she had to talk to her daughter, keep in mind not the best mannerism either(for a business). I also purchased two Lululemon tank tops that she said the bras were cut out of, which again I was fine with. Upon receiving them, the neck line ,all under the arms all around the back neck was cut, causing the shirts to roll, none of this was mentioned. I told them I would take the loss for the shirts, but I would really like my money back for the jacket that was pretty much ruined. They declined.
I don’t know about anybody else, but I always want my customers happy !!

Purchased some Lulu leggings that were said to be new without tag but when they arrived they had a hole on the leg and had an awful smell. I reached out to the seller multiple times but was ghosted. I understand things could be missed at times but a response is common courtesy, specially when selling an item that was not in the conditions that were described. Shipping also took a very long time. Buyers should be aware. No one smokes in my house and they were packaged as soon as the show was done and shipped the very next morning!
