Shipping was quick. Everything packaged nicely. Thimbles were super cute but was missing a trinket shelf I bought. Packing slip and seller stated it was in the box with the thimbles but it wasn't. Box was tiny so there was no way. Took several hours to reply and when she did I immediately replied back and then no reply again. No explanation offered as to what might have happened. After hours of no response again I messaged and stated I wanted an explanation was then given a refund still no explanation.
