I received my package and a tea was open and all over everything. messaged the seller and I was told to send a picture of the inside of the shipping package and the messed up tea and one it was received a new tea would be sent out the same day. I have not received a tea or no response to my message. Good morning Amy, we did in fact send out the replacement after we spoke. Unfortunately we cannot control how the post office handles packages the best we can do is make sure everything is packaged accordingly. Sometimes spills happen and we are more than happy to make it right if it does happen. Now, we were unaware that you had not received the replacement because I never heard anything else. I got it yesterday and I just made my first loaded tea ever and you guys these are sooooo good 😊 so happy I decided to go with hellafit_nutrition to be my very first ever loaded tea ☕️ soooo yummy and full of good stuff! ❤️ product is good but it did take 16 days to get to me. their page does say allow a week to make but didn't expect it to take 16 days.Good morning Sammi. I pulled your order and can see that your orders were from our big show on August 9th - due to the amount of orders from that weekend ( 835 in total) we did tell people that the orders from that weekend we’re going to take longer than expected due to the fact that our stuff is made to order. Now I could see that you alone ordered over 70 items which we made all by hand. We apologize for the delay. But hope that you enjoy your products. My only complaint is that the packets don’t have the flavors listed and neither does the website. I had to wait until the next live to write down what flavors were in each tea.Hi good afternoon!
