You are so welcome!!!! 🎉 Received a heavily stained backless bra which was not called out on the livestream. Reached out to the seller and they wanted to offer a $1 refund and said it wasn’t called out because they missed it during inspection which is totally understandable but it is unacceptable to offer a dollar since I paid $7.51 total, yes I understand that shipping was included but it was NOT a dollar item so why would I accept a dollar refund!?! Also, I wouldn’t have had to pay high shipping for an item that weighed 1oz I normally don’t leave reviews especially negative ones but I did do what was right and go to the seller first and felt like the response was ridiculous and a slap in the face! The other top weighed even less than the bra so shipping is way off and should be looked into before purchasing! I spend thousands on this app weekly and support new sellers but based off this interaction I do not recommend this seller. I hope you learn from this and don’t do it to anyone else! hellobeautifulthriftSeller
We are deeply disappointed by this feedback. The buyer claimed to show stains in their photos that we could not see, though we did identify a mark on the inside strap. We offered a generous 50% refund, which we considered fair. Unfortunately, the buyer blocked us, making further compromise impossible.
