Unfortunately they smelled of moth balls or cigarettes:(WHAT?! That is not possible on our end. Our products are in a smoke free home straight out of the box? Moth balls don’t exist. I’ve never heard this complaint and no way to give you an explanation. I’m sorry that is your experience. 100% those odors did not come from our inventory. We take our business very serious. We care for and maintain excellence with our inventory. It’s removed from the box in the same room it’s packed and shipped from. It doesn’t leave until time for shipping out. I feel that if there are any strange smells it has everything to do with the normal manufacture process. Everything was so nice. Definitely shopping with you again.
