I was born and raised in Pennsylvania right outside of Philadelphia. Go Birds! Moved to Sarasota Florida in the early 90’s where I raised my daughter and son with my husband of 42 years. Worked in local government for over 25 years, retired early and moved to Western NC to experience the 4 seasons again. I grew up in a farmhouse that was built in the 1700’s and along with horses, dogs, cats, chickens, etc, our barn was filled with antiques that fed into a small antique store in the farmhouse that my mother ran. I definitely inherited my passion for “old” things from her. My favorite pastime is thrifting, decorating and creating unique crafts.
