PP I paid just over £19 after being told on the live it was “an absolute steal.” 4 lip pencils were also being shown on screen without it being clearly stated the listing was only for 1-misleading.
After receiving the item, I compared it directly in a MAC store and against the same product.The packaging has slight differences, but the biggest giveaway is the performance. Genuine MAC lip pencil applies creamy &smooth-the one I received was dry,hard & stained instead.
Wht also put me off was the way customers were treated whenever concerns were raised. Sarcastic comments and digs were being made by the man in the background to someone for a Q and I also saw him tell the seller to block another girl after she said the product she received was a replica too.
