Every Saturday at 2pm we go live with premium beef fresh from our farmers market booth (ribeyes, strips, filet mignon, brisket, ground beef, and more)Each week's inventory is different so tune in to see what's available. We have a huge variety from steaks to tallow moisturizer to raw honey and cheese!Fresh from market → Packed Monday or Tuesday → Your door by Tuesday / Wednesday.Vacuum-sealed, frozen, shipped with dry ice. No middleman. Just quality beef and a community that cares where their food comes from.Based just outside of Nashville, shipping nationwide. We also run Autumn Ridge CSA, The Hidden Kitchen food truck, and agritourism experiences on our 13-acre property.See you Saturday at 2pm.
